Assistant County Administrator Laura Granados presented the In‑Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Public Authority recommended budget for FY 26‑27 with total appropriations of $1,342,844, a small decrease from the prior year. Granados said the IHSS public authority was established in response to Assembly Bill 1682 and that the budget unit has no county general fund contribution.
