Staff: Landstar development still has unresolved wastewater and utility issues
Staff reported a "rocky" path forward for the Landstar proposal, saying wastewater supply and certain utility components remain unresolved; commissioners were briefed that further background work and coordination will continue.

City staff updated the commission on the Landstar development and said there is a path forward but it remains uncertain because key utility components are unresolved. "They still have to figure out certain things involving utilities, stormwater, excuse me, wastewater is 1 of those," staff said, and noted that active background discussions are ongoing about wastewater components and water supply for the proposed 500-unit project.
