The Sutter County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to adopt the Yuba‑Sutter Regional Safety Action Plan, a multi‑jurisdictional document staff said will help the county package safety projects for federal funding. Neil Hay of Development Services told the board the plan is grounded in six years of crash data and noted the jurisdictions received an $800,000 federal grant to analyze crash trends from 2018 through 2023.
