The Todd County Board on Oct. 21 approved a series of conditional use permits recommended by the planning commission, including a retail greenhouse operation for William Bontrager and a machining and repair business application. Planning & Zoning staff (transcript_label 9) outlined standard conditions — off-street parking, no loading in the right of way, widened driveway access, and a restriction on construction to the requested structures — and recommended adopting the planning commission’s findings.
