Sutter County will standardize the public-notice sign process so county staff installs the sign after an application is deemed complete, county staff told the board. James Stevens (speaker 7), assistant director of development services, said the new process is intended to reduce delays and confusion for applicants who previously coordinated sign fabrication and installation themselves.
