Technical Advisory Committee approves tentative parcel map 2503 to split 5-acre lot
The Technical Advisory Committee approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 2503 on July 1, 2026, allowing an existing roughly 5-acre parcel to be split into a ~4-acre parcel and a ~1-acre parcel in the REMH B 10 zoning district, subject to conditions in attachment G.

The Tehama County Technical Advisory Committee voted July 1 to approve Tentative Parcel Map No. 2503, allowing the split of an existing approximately 5-acre parcel into two new lots. The committee approved the map subject to the conditions listed in attachment G and adopted the findings contained in attachment C.
