Staff reported that patronage and follow-up contacts have increased since the last meeting, drawing on phone calls, emails, appointments and walk-ins tracked through the end of June. "Looks like there's been a number of follow ups, so it looks like people are coming back and getting their questions answered," staff said while walking trustees through the statistics.
