The Warren County Area Plan Commission approved PPD-26-06 (Grasslands at Turpin Hill Phase 2), a roughly 44-acre subdivision by American Land Holdings of Indiana LLC, after staff confirmed notices, zoning and absence of sewer/water and floodplain constraints; the applicant’s representative said American Land will address an existing site issue.
