Staff report: several development projects exceeded workforce and SBE participation goals
Department of Compliance and Engagement staff and inclusion consultants reported that National Flats, Corless on Beecher and CDA scattered-site projects met or exceeded RPP/SBE workforce and participation targets; National Flats (140 units) achieved 77% SBE professional participation, 34% SBE construction and 57% workforce participation.

Mary Reid, director of the Department of Compliance and Engagement, and inclusion consultant Prism Technical presented final reports on human resource and RPP/SBE compliance for several projects. For National Flats (a 140‑unit affordable housing project completed in June), Prism Technical said the project "exceeded the SBE professional service participation by achieving 77% participation" and achieved 34% SBE construction participation and 57% workforce participation.
