The Garland Plan Commission voted Sept. 14 to approve a planned‑development amendment for a Chase Bank site at 1000 West Centerville Road (District 5), clearing the way for demolition of the existing 1973 building and construction of a new roughly 4,020‑square‑foot single‑story branch.
