Staff presented a master calendar of intergovernmental partners — including Atmos, TxDOT, DART and Garland ISD — and the committee directed staff to take the partner list to a council work session and begin outreach if approved.

Ariel, a city staff member, presented a draft partner master list and timeline for intergovernmental meetings and recommended bringing it to a council work session for broader review. The list includes North Texas Tollway Authority, Texas Municipal Power Agency, DART, TxDOT, North Central Texas Council of Governments, North Texas Municipal Water District, Atmos, Garland ISD, Dallas County Health and Human Services, Dallas College District and potentially Parkland Hospital; Ariel said staff worked with Mike to compile the list and proposed a staggered schedule for presentations.
