Chief Hart addressed the board to report a police resignation and asked the board to accept it. "Patrolman 1st Class Jackson Lauterman is resigning from the Mishawaka Police Department," Chief Hart said, and asked the board to accept the resignation effective 09/15/2026. A board member moved approval and the motion carried by voice vote.
