The City of Milwaukee Civil Service Commission on Sept. 15 concluded an appeal of a 15-day suspension for Skyler Wilkerson, a Department of Public Works equipment operator, and modified the penalty to a 10-day suspension with an admonition that similar future infractions could result in discharge. The commission found cause for discipline but voted to reduce the penalty in open session.
