A motion to approve the Novi Innovation Hub Bathroom Concept Plan was put forward but rescinded after discussion during the Aug. 13 meeting. Trustee Michener initially moved approval; after further discussion the motion was rescinded and the Board directed staff to gather additional feedback and bring the concept plan back for action at the Sept. 17, 2026 meeting.
