The board agreed to postpone a rezoning petition on Cortez Boulevard/State Route 50 that involves noncontiguous parcels and an interest from the Florida Department of Transportation. Staff said the application is being split into two files because the parcels are not contiguous and that the development agreement needs further work before the board can make an informed decision.
