Early in the meeting Chair Weihai introduced meeting support staff, stating, "Supporting us today is, Leanne Duran, Melissa Winahan, and Momi Kai Kai Huie Huie." The transcript repeats the third name; the entry has been normalized in this report to "Momi Kai Huie" for consistency (see audit notes).
