The Town of Red Hook Planning Board recorded the following formal actions on Aug. 3, 2026: the board approved the July 20, 2026 meeting minutes; approved a Type II resolution; approved the Velie–Launhardt lot-line alteration (transfer of 0.085 and 0.088 acres); approved the Cohen–Odom lot-line alteration (approximately 0.5 acres transferred); continued the Gross Bagels amended site-plan hearing to Aug. 17, 2026 pending Dutchess County 239 review; adjourned the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome master-plan hearing to Sept. 21, 2026 at the applicants' request; and set a Sept. 21, 2026 public hearing for the Neville–Manning Certificate of Appropriateness and referred that application to the Design Review Committee.
