The Selectboard took up an access permit application for 640 Hardscrabble Road after town staff could not initially locate earlier records. Neighbors Brian and Kourtney Penatzer said the driveway was installed in 2018 on what they identify as a primary septic site and raised concerns that a well near the parcel could be affected; they said State wastewater permitting had been part of the record in 2018.
