The Cleveland Municipal Planning Commission approved six consent items Feb. 17, including a right‑of‑way dedication on 20th Street NE and preliminary or final plats for properties on Buchanan Road, Holloway Road, Old Powerline Road, Varnell Road and Freewill Road.
