The Dallas County Board of Supervisors approved a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Amendment #1 for preconstruction services related to the Adel EMS station during its Feb. 17, 2026 meeting. Supervisor Kim Chapman moved to approve the amendment and Supervisor Brad Golightly seconded; the motion carried and the chair was authorized to sign.
