Chair (S1) told commissioners that no responses were received to the RFP for consulting services to implement phase 2 of the county's strategic management plan and asked the board to re‑advertise the opportunity. The phase 2 scope described by the chair includes a compensation analysis, a legal study of compensation planning and policies, compilation of standard operating procedures across departments, and identifying succession plans.
