Mr. Lewis, counsel for Storage Investment Group, addressed the Board about a pending Zoning Hearing Board application for 418 W. Pothouse Road. The applicant proposes construction of an approximately 6,450‑square‑foot flex/storage building with roughly five units and requested a special exception plus dimensional relief for side‑yard setback and parking.
