Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan opened the special meeting and explained its purpose: "the purpose of this special meeting is to interview the 3 firms that submitted bids in response to the Town’s RFP for design and bidding services for the ENR treatment plant upgrade." The transcript records that on March 10 Rauch, Inc. withdrew its bid, leaving KCI Technologies and GMB as the two firms interviewed.
