Clackamas County Emtek update previews Metro's $5M housing accelerator fund
Clackamas County's Emtek representative said Emtek will vote to recommend the Community Connector study and the RTP work plan to MPAC, and previewed Metro's Housing Production Accelerator Fund, which will make $5 million available over three years to accelerate housing production.

Jamie Stasney, Clackamas County's transportation and land use policy manager and county representative on Emtek, briefed the committee on an Emtek meeting agenda that included recommendations to MPAC on the Community Connector transit study and the RTP work plan. Stasney also previewed Metro's new Housing Production Accelerator Fund and said it will provide $5,000,000 over the next three years to accelerate housing production in the region.
