The Community Connector final report recommends adding a connector tier to the regional transit toolbox, mapping mobility hubs, pursuing pilots and new funding strategies, and incorporating findings into the 2028 RTP; JPACT will see a draft resolution next month.

Sally, presenter of the Community Connector transit study, told the C4 Metro Subcommittee the study was conceived to address gaps in access that partners raised during prior committee work. The study team used four milestone-based outreach efforts—including targeted workshops with community and tribal partners and a community leaders forum—to refine opportunity areas and identify potential service solutions.
