Kempner council approves update to alcohol-permit rules, authorizes streamlined application process
The Kempner City Council on Oct. 8 approved Ordinance No. 2012-09-25-001 (R2024-002), revising the city's alcohol-permit rules to remove a provision repealed by the Texas Legislature and to allow the City Manager and City Secretary to create a streamlined permit application and display process.
