Commission reopens several estates, appoints board members, and approves poll workers
At its Sept. 3 meeting the commission, sitting as the Fiduciary Review Board, approved reopening multiple estates and related orders, appointed Carrie Smith to the Board of Health and three members to the Building Code Board of Appeals, and approved poll workers for the 2026 General Election.

The commission convened as the Fiduciary Review Board for a monthly review of new estates, accountings and waivers of final settlement. Commissioner Stolipher moved to approve the list of estates opened and accountings and waivers of final settlement received since August 2026; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Hefestay and approved unanimously.
