Resolution 2026-4097 approved on July 28 grants a temporary road use permit to Paul Messick for access across Iron County land in the W ½ SW ¼ of Section 14, T45N, R1W (Town of Anderson). The Forestry Committee reviewed the request and found it consistent with the department’s 15-year plan. The resolution stipulates the road remain open to the public and prohibits gates or restrictions to access.
