The Onancock Town Council unanimously approved a special‑use permit for a duplex at 77 Kerr Street during its Nov. 16 meeting. Town manager Matt Spuck told the council the house, built in the 1960s, has been blighted for years and a special‑use permit was required because the property will be operated as a duplex.
