At the start of the meeting, staff read the consent agenda that included numerous rezoning requests, temporary land‑use permits (LUPs) and other business items. John Peterson, the county’s zoning manager, read staff and planning commission recommendations and flagged several items continued to later hearings. When called for vote, the board approved the consent agenda as revised (motion carries 5–0).
