The chair opened and closed several public hearings (ZC 2621, ZC 2622, ZC 2623) with no public comment on at least one item, then read through a series of first- and second-reading ordinances and resolutions, including enactment of chapter 11.88 (data centers), architectural and site-design updates, and the 2026 Plain City comprehensive plan update. Several first readings were recorded for updates to employee policies, the drug law enforcement fund policy, and a land-acquisition funding application.
