The Eastham Zoning Task Force met Sept. 16 and agreed by consensus to move draft zoning language forward that would allow some undersized lots to be developed by right for year‑round, attainable housing and to adjust site‑coverage rules toward a floor‑area‑ratio (FAR) approach.
