Councilman Blackmore presented Ordinance No. 14, which would amend Chapter 7 ‘Vehicles and Traffic’ to add multiway stop intersections at Elm Avenue & Albert Avenue and Carew Avenue & Center Avenue. The council voted to introduce the ordinance and scheduled the second reading and public hearing for Sept. 14, 2026 (Motion: Blackmore; Second: Mazzola).
