Deputy Parks & Recreation Director Brandon Eltonberg and staff briefed council on a planned application to the Outdoor Recreation and Legacy Partnership (ORLP) program (LWCF funds administered in Colorado by Colorado Parks and Wildlife) to help fund replacement of the city's outdoor pool. Staff said the pool and Anderson Park were originally developed with LWCF funding, which gives the project eligibility advantages, and that the team is using a high-end estimate to maximize potential matching dollars.
