Park County and Michael Fleming requested a right-of-way vacation (Case PZ-2026-0160) to vacate 14 feet of the 30-foot Overlook Street right-of-way and consolidate it with Harris Park Estates Unit 2, Block 019, Lot 01 (128 Overlook St). Planning staff Kay Wolf presented the case, legal counsel John Evans provided counsel, and resident Joan Carlson spoke. The board moved to postpone the matter to the Sept. 8, 2026 meeting; the motion was seconded and carried 3-0.
