The Planning, Housing & Economic Development Committee voted 4-0 to recommend favorable on Draft 2 of CB 90-2026, the Streamline Development/Subdivision Review Act of 2026. Chair Bridal moved the favorable recommendation and Council member Genoga seconded; Vice Chair Oriana, Council members Adam Stafford, Janoga and Olson voted aye.
