The presiding official read a proclamation declaring Wednesday, September 17 through Tuesday, September 23, 2026, as Constitution Week in the City of Liberty. The proclamation recounted the Constitution’s 1787 ratification and framed the week as an occasion to "encourage all citizens to learn more about this most significant document."
