The Sinton ISD Board voted to authorize a request for competitive sealed proposals (RFP) for technology services under the Federal E‑Rate program’s Category 2, which covers local Wi‑Fi and internal connections. Board Member Sam P. Lankford moved to approve the request and Thomas Bowers seconded; trustees voted 7–0 in favor.
