At the July 6 meeting the council authorized staff to issue a Request for Proposals for Employee Benefits Broker & Consultant Services and a separate RFP for Managed IT Services. Connie Huffman moved to approve the employee benefits RFP and Phil Duggan seconded; Angela Kellogg‑Henry moved and Garrett Wood seconded approval of the managed IT services RFP. Both motions carried.
