The Owasso City Council met Dec. 17, 2024, and approved a series of routine and policy items including updates to animal-control ordinances, a planned-unit development for First Street Lofts, applications for sidewalk grant funding, amendments to ambulance billing rules, a new film-production permit and fees, and the purchase of 20 acres for sports-park expansion.
