Goldendale City Council on Dec. 16 approved consultant agreements and Transportation Improvement Board grant resolutions for street reconstruction and a citywide chip-seal program, heard department updates including a structure fire and a FEMA equipment grant, and received public comment about a proposed large solar project in the county.
