Dickinson County commissioners met Dec. 19 to approve routine financial items, authorize a resolution to proceed with a judicial foreclosure tax sale, consider a county employee pay plan (which was not taken off the table), approve two liquor licenses, and hold brief executive sessions. Commissioners also scheduled a special election in Abilene on a local sales-tax question.
