Campbell County Fiscal Court heard a parks and recreation annual report highlighting record visitation and facility upgrades, and approved a package of ordinances, resolutions, personnel and procurement items including a zoning change, park fee schedule, grant acceptance for emergency radios, vehicle purchases and janitorial contract extension.
