Harrison County Commissioners Court held a brief December meeting that approved routine budget transfers, payment of bills, payroll, multiple Emergency Services District (ESD) appointments and reappointments, awarded a property tax system contract, approved an airport hangar rebuild, and deferred a Motorola tower agreement.
