Lennox City Council met Dec. 23, 2024. The council approved routine consent items and budget/policy updates, approved final payments on a slurry-seal contract, adopted an updated schedule of fines and fees, debated how to invest and allocate a $10.5 million payment from the Department of Corrections (including whether to issue customer utility rebates or pay wastewater loans), and moved into executive session on personnel and wages.
