San Francisco Board of Supervisors Budget & Finance Committee reviewed portions of the mayors proposed 2010-11 budget, heard presentations from the Controller and multiple departments, and delayed action on several Prop J contracting-out items after extensive public comment. The committee moved a few financing resolutions forward and continued or deferred several departmental budget items for follow-up.
