The San Francisco Board of Supervisors Public Safety and Neighborhood Services Committee held a remote meeting to hear two liquor-license transfer hearings and a combined hearing on an ordinance requiring quarterly domestic-violence reporting and the Family Violence Councils tenth report; the committee voted to forward the two license transfers and to recommend Supervisor Stephanies reporting ordinance as amended to the full Board.
