Chair Aaron Peskin opened the Government Audit and Oversight Committee, introduced Vice Chair Norman Yee and Supervisor David Campos who is sitting in for London Breed, and asked the clerk (Erica Major) to call announcements and the first item.
The Government Audit and Oversight Committee of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors held a hearing covering five major agenda items: (1) an ordinance on vehicle telematics for city fleets, (2) revisions to administrative code requiring appraisals for city property transactions, (3) annual reports for the Central Market Community Benefit District, (4) implementation and funding for the Legacy Business Registry and Fund (Prop J), and (5) below-market-rate housing procedures and language access. Several items were forwarded to the full Board or continued for follow-up, and the committee voted in closed session to forward three settlement items to the full Board.
