The Land Use and Transportation Committee met July 8, 2024, to consider zoning and planning items: (1) a zoning amendment to permit vehicle storage lots and rezone 135 Kisling, (2) acceptance and delegation for Mission Bay South parks P22 and P19, and (3–4) a multi-phase Stonestown redevelopment package (planning-code, zoning-map and general-plan amendments) featuring up to ~3,500 homes, community benefits and infrastructure commitments.
