At the April 4, 2018 Government Audit and Oversight Committee meeting, three community benefit districts presented annual reports highlighting rising trash and discarded needles, security and public‑space management programs, and plans to prepare for upcoming renewals; the committee forwarded those reports and a set of labor-access MOUs to the full Board with positive recommendations.
